If anybody out there is anything like me, the phrase "how can I get fit without getting up off this couch" runs through your mind at least once a week. Driving to the gym just seems like so much work (and a waste of gas) and I really don't like going on runs (although I force myself to sometimes). I've recently discovered the best website ever created called blogilates.com. It's pretty much exactly how it sounds, Pilates workouts and other health tips all in one convenient place and you never even have to leave your room. They have things called Pop Hits, which are short little workouts that are aimed at certain parts of the body. The one I did today even had certain songs I was told to listen to while I did the workout. My next step is to try out some of the recipes they have posted!
