Mike Rosenberg is just one of those cool human beings who you just want to be friends with. When listening to his music, I'm forced to listen to his lyrics and really understand the deeper meaning behind them. One thing that most attracted me to him was the honest way about his songs. The lyrics aren't candy coated to fit in words that make the song sound better. They are simply written from his heart about real things in life that are always present, but the average human doesn't ever stop to really analyze them.
I think it would be a dream of mine to see this man perform. Someone who doesn't even finish high school to get a head start in perusing his passion for music must put on a damn good show. I'm constantly checking His website for updates on upcoming concerts or busking. It amazes me that somebody who has become so well known as he has, still would rather busk on a street corner in Camden Town then play a big shot concert in NYC. Props to you Mike, I'll always admire you.
