Well, folks.. this is it.

I am off on another adventure tomorrow morning. This semester, I will be studying at the Institut Catholique de Paris, in France. The past few days I have been stormed with questions like "Are you just SO excited?" and "Aren't you nervous, since Paris had those terrorist attacks, recently?" and the answer to both of those has been a simple "no."

Now don't get me wrong, of course I am looking forward to it, but right now I feel like I'm in a calm before the storm. My emotions aren't nervous, or excited, or scared; they are just normal. This isn't just any kind of storm, though. This is a storm full of adventure and surprise- of joy that I can't even imagine. This storm will test me as a human being, push me to my limit, and then send me back home a changed, more intelligent person.

One of my goals these next few months is to write more. I have been inspired by a few bloggers recently, who have made a career for themselves by traveling the world, writing about their experiences, and sharing tips to their followers. I'm not saying that is what I want to do when I'm older, but for now, I think writing will be a good way to make a name for myself (accompanied by photos, of course). So with that being said, I am off to London for a few days before heading down to Paris. Au revoir, Amérique!
